Menemen: Eggs with Tomato

Stir-fried tomato and scrambled eggs

This is a very traditional Turkish dish, especially for summer times breakfast. Sliced, diced 2 tomato for 1 person. Put in the pan, add garlic, green pepper, red and black pepper, salt and olive oil!

Cook tomatoes then add two eggs, cook as you like and serve with fresh hot bread or all wheat bread.
