Linguine Bolognese: Pasta

Hello everyone… I am making Linguine Bolognese tonight…

Ingredients

  • Linguine Pasta
  • Ground Beef, 300 gr
  • Carrot, 2
  • Garlic, 2/3 clove
  • Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili
  • Salt
  • Graded cheese
  • Parsley

Put the water to the pot… and 1 tea spoon salt… turn the heat on and covered the pot and left it…

Bolognese Sauce

Put the 300 ground beef to the pan… I generally use meat with almost no fat… very minimum… so put the ground beef to the pan and turn the heat on and start to fry in own minimum fat…

Add 2 small cubic hopped carrots, 2-3 clove chopped  garlic, and 1 tablespoon tomato paste. Add 2 tea spoon salt, black pepper and chili too…. Cook a bit more…

Lastly add olive oil, mix and cook a bit more and add a little water… and turn the heat lower and left for 5-10 min to cook.

When water start to boil add linguine pasta to boiled water… mix with a fork…

Turn the heat medium and after stat to boil again cook for 7-8 min for al dente…

Now our pasta is done… Drained the water now you can add the sauce… and mix well…

For service, add a little bit cheese and a fresh chopped parsley… hmm yum yum..
