Roast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Chili
  • Thyme

 

Wash well and peal the potatoes. Sliced in round shape. Take out the oven tray and put a cooking sheet on it. Put all the potatoes you sliced. Add a little olive oil, a tea spoon salt, red pepper and thyme. Mix all of them well.

Preheat the oven 400 F (220 C) put the potatoes with tray, 20/25 minutes cooking time but yo have to check it out of course in the middle to see if need to mix it again. W want them to evenly roast Then ready to serve as a side dish with any kind of meat, turkey, chicken or fish dish! Very easy and delicious recipe for anybody who likes potato.
