Stuffed Bell Peppers

Stuffed Bell Peppers, Eggplants and Zucchini…

Rice and Ground Beef Stuffed Bell Peppers, Eggplants and Zucchini, perfect dish for everybody.


  • Bell Peppers, 10.
  • Egg Plants, 3.
  • Zucchini, 3.
  • Rice, 500 gr /  17 oz.
  • Ground Beef, 200 gr /  7 oz.
  • Onion, 2.
  • Garlic 2 clove.
  • Chili, 2 tea spoon.
  • Black Pepper, 2 tea spoon.
  • Salt, 2 tea spoon.
  • Parsley.
  • Tomatoes, 2.
  • Tomato Paste.
  • Olive Oil, half glass.


Wash the bell peppers, zucchinis and eggplants, peel, and discard seeds and make ready to stuffed.


Wash the rice and put in a large bowl. Chop onions and garlic, chop tomatoes, parsley and add all of  this to the rice. Add ground beef, tomato paste and seasonings and olive oil too, mix it well and start to fill with the rice mix.

Put all together to your pot, add a glass of water, turn to heat on medium and cook around 45 minutes. Serve with plain yogurt.

Wonderfully balanced meal and delicious; rice, meat and vegetable all together in one dish.
